The Bulk Import/Export features of the app let you export or import the reviews in bulk in a .xlsx file format. While you’re importing reviews via a .xlsx file, you need to make sure the format of the fields is the same as that of the sample sheet provided by our app.

When you proceed with importing reviews, you’re provided with 2 sample sheets that'll help you match the acceptable format.

To import the reviews, navigate to the Reviews section → click on the Import → Get the Sample file → Add your review data → Upload
