As a store owner, you can decide whether or not you want to display the reviews received by your customers. Whenever a user posts a review on any product, it doesn’t immediately get displayed on the storefront.You can see the reviews on the app dashboard; until you approve the review, it will not be visible on the storefront. For manual approval of the reviews, navigate to the Reviews section; in this section, you can see the pending reviews; open them, and publish them at your convenience. 

The Bulk Import/Export features of the app let you export or import the reviews in bulk in a .xlsx file format. While you’re importing reviews via a .xlsx file, you need to make sure the format of the fields is the same as that of the sample sheet provided by our app.When you proceed with importing reviews, you’re provided with 2 sample sheets that'll help you match the acceptable format.To import the reviews, navigate to the Reviews section → click on the Import → Get the Sample file → Add your review data → Upload
