Shopify POS Limitations

List of limitations with Hulk Product Options Shopify POS Integration

  • Tag inclusion in the order is not possible.
  • The following features are unavailable in Shopify POS:
    • Font picker options
    • Phone
    • Popup
    • File upload
    • Collection-based option set
  • In Shopify POS, products must be added to the cart first.
  • Required validation only functions when specific product options are open.
  • If users wish to edit the cart after adding options, they need to re-add options for the product. Therefore, it is advisable to add option properties once the cart is properly set.
  • We are limited to addressing cart-related issues only; any problems related to payment, shipping, confirmation emails, etc., should be reported to Shopify Support.
