Placing the form is really easy and fast.

There are just 2 steps to do this:

1. Go to the Settings page and click the copy icon as shown here

2. Then go to the Pages section on Shopify Dashboard

3. Add new page. as shown here

4. Click on "Show HTML icon" as shown in the screenshot

5. Paste the form code and click "Save"
