Shipping Discounts

Shipping costs are one of the top reasons customers abandon carts. By offering a shipping discount, you not only encourage shoppers to complete their purchases but also increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. 

How to set up Shipping Discounts in our app

1. Click on "Add New" 

2. Select "Shipping Discount" 

3. Add a unique "Offer name" 

4. Add Shipping method name

For a more convenient setup, we added "Exact" and "Contains" filters, which you can use to add the Shipping method more accurately. 

5. Craete "Rules" 

You can add multiple rules to the offer. Two conditions you can use are subtotal and Total quantity. 

Subtotal - The customer will get a shipping discount when they reach a certain cart total on their order

Total quantity - Customers who reach a certain number of products in the cart will receive a shipping discount. 

6. Setting "Discount type" 

Select the discount type you want, percentage, fixed price, or price discount. 

Optionally, you can add a Shipping discount label, which will be visible on the checkout page. 

If you plan to offer a shipping discount for a limited time, you can make the offer active only during that period. 

On your storefront, checkout page, your discount will look like this: 

Shipping discounts can be combined with other offers on our app, BXGY, Bundle, Volume, and Cart offers. 

Additionally, if you wish to create another Shipping discount,  there is no need to create a new offer, you can simply add a new Shipping discount to the same offer, by clicking on the "Add Shipping Discount" button
