As a store owner, you can also offer a Campaign by defining the rules for upselling your products.

Once you define the rules for review rating, we will trigger an email campaign along with a success notification. 

You could customize the message with a heartfelt thank you, or offer a discount code for a reduced price on their next purchase. 

You have the flexibility to send different messages for different ratings. 

To enable this setting, navigate to Layout Settings → Thank You Message/Offer Campaign.
