Option Settings

Create and customize product options, define option sets and set conditions. Our app supports four categories of options:

  • Choose One – Radio Buttons, Dropdown Menu, Swatch

  • Choose Multiple – Checkboxes, Dropdown Menus, Swatches

  • Text Input – Short Text, Paragraph, Email, Phone

  • Other – File Upload, Date Field, Number Field, Information, Popup, etc.

Give your customers flexibility with checkboxes, swatches, text fields, file uploads, and more.

Options

Create options for your product pages. Enhance them with tooltips or help text, assign prices or keep them free, and give shoppers the clarity they need to make confident choices.

Option Sets

Group products that share the same options. You can:

  • Assign option sets to multiple products.

  • Select preferred products.

  • Sort how options appear on product pages by simply drag and drop.


Conditions

Build rules that show or hide options based on customer selections.
Example: Only display the Apple Device option if the “Device Manufacturer” is selected as "Apple"

Easily manage customer orders and the product options selected during checkout.

Display Settings

  • Title – Adjust font, size, alignment, padding, and colors.

  • Options box appearance – Match your store theme, and display help text/tooltips.

  • Option Display Text – Keep text consistent with your store’s design.

  • Option help text - Customize the help text of your options.

  • Option tooltip - Customize the tooltip of your options.

  • Option Values – Customize orientation, font, and size.

  • Swatches – Control swatch size, shape, and hover details.

  • Button - Customize the appearance of your buttons.

  • Advanced Styling – Add custom CSS/JS for complete design flexibility. Our experts are available if you need assistance.

  • Edit option button style - Customize button appearance while editing options.

  • Price – Edit text and style in your preferred language.

  • Color/Image dropdown - Customize the appearance of your color/image dropdown option.

  • Recommended option - Customize the appearance of your recommended options.

  • Multi-Quantity selector option - Set default values for multi-quantity options not connected to inventory management.

  • Toggle Switch Style - Customize the appearance of your toggle switch.

  • Free gift text - Customize the appearance of your free gift message.

General Settings

  • Edit options in cart: Enable/disable in-cart editing (let customers edit selected options without restarting under cart).

  • Express checkout buttons: Enable this option to integrate Shopify’s BuyNow button and ShopPay button.

  • Shopify discount code box: Add or remove the Shopify discount code box on the checkout page.

  • Enable automatic discount on checkout: Enable automatically apply eligible discounts to draft orders at checkout.

  • Additional order tag: Improve the organization of customer groups and products by adding additional tags into the Shopify Orders.

  • Scheduled options timezone: The default app time zone is UTC and all options created will be set accordingly. You can always set the time zone to correspond to your store’s timezone.

  • Inventory reporting: Enable this option if you wish to receive inventory reports on your Shopify store admin email address. 

  • App language: Enable this option to use English as the default app language, instead of translating values based on the account language.

  • Theme change/update notification: This email is triggered and sent to the store owner every time there is a change to your theme files.

  • Ignore min/max validation: In the event of a multiple-choice product option, the App will disregard the minimum/maximum selection limit and allow customers to add the product to their cart.

  • Tax setup: Adjust how taxes are calculated for options.

  • Shopify currency settings: To ensure this works correctly, please add the 'hpo-price' class to the properties value element.

  • Use new draft order flow: Enables the new draft order flow, removing the custom line item and passing properties directly to the main product.

  • Add custom product property: When enabled, a custom line item property labeled 'Custom Product' will be added to each order.
