Our Post Purchase Survey app is very easy to install. After adding our app from the Shopify App Store, you will be taken to the pricing page where you need to select a plan. We offer a 7 day free trial, which you can use to test the app for free. Now, the only thing left is enabling the app. Clicking the “Enable” button will turn the app on, so you can go on and customize your questions.Simple, right? That was the idea!

By clicking on the Edit button you are able to mark the question as required:More questions can be added to the survey form by clicking on Add new:Click on the text editor field available under Form Title to set the Title of the form.Click on the text editor field available under the Form Success Message to set the Success Message of the form.Select your preferred position to display the survey form on the Successful Order page.Click on the checkbox option to enable the Form Submission notification and receive an email on form submission.Enter the Email Address in the Email field.Enter the Email Subject of your choice.Enter the content in the Email Content Text Editor..Click on the Save button to save the configured settings.Click on the Preview button to preview the Survey Form which is created from our application.Below is an example of the pop-up that appears when a user preview's the Survey form.
