Match the orders and carriers automatically

We have recently introduced some exciting new updates to our platform, including a time-saving automation feature. 

This feature lets you set up a tracking page in under a minute. Additionally, our auto-detection feature allows you to identify which couriers you are using easily. This allows you to:

  • Have the system automatically recognize suitable couriers from your active list.
  • Search for and add any new carriers that you work with.
  • Apply the changes to pending orders (you will receive an email once the process is complete).

Our smart matching system will also automatically match orders and carriers based on the tracking number format.  Please note that if we do not support the carrier you work with, please don't hesitate to contact our support to add the carrier.

Track Past Orders (Last 60 Days)

We understand that this feature has been crucial to you, and that is why, starting today, we provide up to 60 days of order history synchronization.

As soon as you add Order Status Tracker app, our system automatically syncs orders from the past 7 days but you may sync more orders, up to 60 days from your Shopify store. 

It takes less than 5 minutes to fetch all your order history records in our app. You can always check the status of the progress on the Orders tab.

When you enable the sync button, the app will start tracking the orders your past customers will not have to go to a third-party carrier service anymore. (All orders, irrespective of whether they were shipped or not, will be shown on the order list.)

In case you offer shipment via non-Shopify supported courier (like The Professional Couriers, etc.). Please update the respective Shopify carriers to display your past orders and shipment details properly.

What's New?

Send fulfillment event emails via Shopify:

Our Order Status Tracker app can now sync package details and status with Shopify for fulfillment events like ‚ÄúOut for delivery‚ÄĚ or ‚ÄúDelivered‚ÄĚ.

This will allow you to decide whether you want the app to trigger emails on your behalf or you would like to send Shopify native email notifications for these 2 statuses.


Black list mode: 


Block specific countries, states, or cities to show up on your tracking page by entering the keywords you need to hide and make them invisible in the tracking details with a custom message.

Order Alerts in Dashboard

With the release of V2.3.9 HulkApps is proud to provide an easy way to troubleshoot order exceptions using shipping alerts. 

Where can you find all this information:

  1. Sort your orders and fulfillments by alerts under the Orders tab 
  2. Analyze your exception history in a digestible format in the Dashboard.

Types of alerts we send:

  • Order Not Found: Tracking info is not available currently. But you may track it after a while. This is usually due to the following reasons:
    (1) The carrier hasn't accepted your package yet.
    (2) The carrier hasn't scanned and entered your package tracking info into its system yet.
    (3) Your tracking number is incorrect or invalid.
    (4) Your tracking number has been removed from the carrier's system.

  • Order Cancelled: When the carrier has reported that the tracking has been canceled.

  • Failed Attempt: If someone at the address is not available to receive the parcel.

  • Tracking Expired: When an order‚Äôs tracking number has been deleted or 30 days have passed.

  • Shipping Exception: When a package is temporarily delayed while in transit.

  • Order Undelivered: When a package was incorrectly addressed and caused a temporary delay.
