Match the orders and carriers automatically

We have recently introduced some exciting new updates to our platform, including a time-saving automation feature. 

This feature lets you set up a tracking page in under a minute. Additionally, our auto-detection feature allows you to identify which couriers you are using easily. This allows you to:

  • Have the system automatically recognize suitable couriers from your active list.
  • Search for and add any new carriers that you work with.
  • Apply the changes to pending orders (you will receive an email once the process is complete).

Our smart matching system will also automatically match orders and carriers based on the tracking number format.  Please note that if we do not support the carrier you work with, please don't hesitate to contact our support to add the carrier.

Track Past Orders (Last 60 Days)

We understand that this feature has been crucial to you, and that is why, starting today, we provide up to 60 days of order history synchronization.

As soon as you add Order Status Tracker app, our system automatically syncs orders from the past 7 days but you may sync more orders, up to 60 days from your Shopify store. 

It takes less than 5 minutes to fetch all your order history records in our app. You can always check the status of the progress on the Orders tab.

When you enable the sync button, the app will start tracking the orders your past customers will not have to go to a third-party carrier service anymore. (All orders, irrespective of whether they were shipped or not, will be shown on the order list.)

In case you offer shipment via non-Shopify supported courier (like The Professional Couriers, etc.). Please update the respective Shopify carriers to display your past orders and shipment details properly.
