Can I change the layout or the result page?

Navigate to 'Result Page' settings from the header menu and the first option you'll get there is to select the layout type. The display layout types are as follows:

- Horizontal

- Vertical

Can I hide the map from the tracking result page?

Yes, the maps can be hidden from the tracking result page. Navigate to 'Result Page' settings from the header menu and uncheck the checkbox option 'Display map' to hide the maps.

Does it seem that the maps displayed on the result page don't display the proper order location?

The location displayed on the maps is fetched from the courier service providers and it will always display the current order location. Due to the limitations, it's not possible to display the location map with Origin and Destination location. If the courier service provider only displays the country without any code Postal Code/Zip Code then it will pin any location relevant to that point.
