The app allows you to target users based on their country. You can select a country from the dropdown wherein you want to show the bar. Leaving the field blank will be considered as all. This means Users across the globe who accesses your site will be shown the bar.
You can configure this setting under the Other options
Go to the Other options
Further, select the country wherein you want to show the bar. No country selected species at all.
