Form submissions allow you to manage, review, and approve or decline all submissions collected through your forms. You can access and manage submissions conveniently without leaving the dashboard.
How to Access Form Submissions
You can find all submission records in one place within:
Dashboard Page
Form List Page (select the desired form to view submissions)
Once you select a form, go to Form Settings, where you will see the option:
Approve or Decline Submission
Approve or Decline Submissions
Note: Enabling this setting allows you to manually approve or decline form submissions.
Integrations (Slack, Google Sheets, Mail, Shopify, and Zapier) will not trigger immediately when the form is submitted.
They will only trigger after a submission is approved.
If a submission is declined after an integration has already been triggered, it will not be rolled back.
Form Responses Pop-up
We have implemented a new form responses pop-up feature, as you can preview in the demo:
All submitted responses can be reviewed in a pop-up window.
This UX improvement saves you time since you don’t need to open a new page and go back after browsing responses – you can simply click away.
All responses remain available for future reference.
Additionally, the recipient will receive an email notification with submission details each time a form is submitted.
Response Management Options
On the Form Response Page, you have the following options:
Search field – search through submissions quickly and efficiently.
Delete – remove a single response or all responses at once.
Export – export submissions into an .xlsx or .csv file for external use.
When the Approve or Decline Submission setting is enabled, you will also see:
A checkbox next to each response
The option to accept (approve) or decline that specific submission
Form Restrictions
You can apply restrictions to ensure only valid submissions are collected:
Accept only one submission per email – prevents multiple submissions using the same email address.
Accept only one submission per phone number – prevents duplicate submissions using the same phone number.
Email domains to block – block submissions from specific domains (e.g., gmail.com) or full email addresses (e.g., user@gmail.com).
ℹ️ Note: Do not include “www” or “@” when entering a domain.
Submission Counts
Capture form submission counts – track how many times your form has been submitted.
This allows you to measure form usage and overall engagement.
Steps to Reproduce
Go to Dashboard Page or Form List Page.
Select the desired form.
Open Form Settings.
Enable the Approve or Decline Submission option.
Configure Form Restrictions (submission per email/phone, blocked domains).
Enable Submission Counts to track form usage.
Go to the Form Response Page.
Use the search field to filter submissions.
Approve or decline submissions with checkboxes.
Delete responses individually or all at once if needed.
Export responses to .xlsx or .csv for reporting or analysis.
✅ With these options, you can manage submissions more effectively, enforce validation rules, block unwanted entries, and track submission activity.
