In order to configure Meta Pixel within your forms you need to generate Pixel on Meta Events Manager and add it to the corresponding form.
Firstly you need to set up Meta pixel on your Meta Business Event Manager.
1. On Meta Events Manager click on “Connect data sources” on the right panel and select “Web”, as a New Data source.
2. Name the data set and click on "Create".
Now you have created a new Pixel ID.

The next few steps depend on your requirements and needs. In this case, we will select "Do it yourself" as a setup method and "Meta Pixel only" as a way of connecting the website.
4. You will select "Install code manually"
5. Copy the code and paste it to "theme.liquid" file in your theme, below the <head> tag, and save changes. 
Additionally, just to be sure that Meta pixel is added to the website, you can use the Google Chrome extension "Meta Pixel Helper" and check if Pixel ID is present on your site.
Once the Meta pixel is generated and added in the theme, you also need to add it in the Hulk Form Builder app and the corresponding form.
You can find the setting on the Design > Advanced page. Add Pixel ID and save settings.
Form submission is received as a "Lead" event on Meta Events Manager.
Please keep in mind that it may take 20-40 minutes for events to be registered on Events Manager.
