Zapier automation flows have never been more accessible. With this integration, you can automatically send your form submissions to other platforms (such as Google Sheets, Slack, Mailchimp, or Shopify) without manual effort.
Steps to Reproduce
Get your API Key
Go to Settings → Integrations → API Tokens → Generate API Token.
Copy the generated API Token.
Get your Form ID
Go to the form you want to connect and copy its Form ID.
Open your form
Navigate to your form and click the Edit Form action button.
Under Form Integration, go to the Zapier Integration tab.
Enable the “Enable/Disable Zapier Integration” checkbox.
Create a Zap in Zapier
Open your Zapier Dashboard and click Create a Zap.
In the Trigger section, search for and choose HulkApps Form Builder.
Select Form responses as the event.
Authenticate with the previously copied API Token.
Add the Form ID in the “Set up trigger” section.
Test the trigger to confirm setup – the latest form submission should appear.
Choose an Action
The Action is what happens after the trigger.
Example: select Google Sheets.
Connect your Google Sheets account.
Fill in the required sheet details (spreadsheet, worksheet, mapped fields).
Test and Publish
Run a Test Zap to confirm data is passed correctly.
If successful, click Publish & Turn On.
Submit your form
Submit a test response through your connected form.
Check Zapier → Zaps to confirm that data is recorded in your chosen action app (e.g., Google Sheets).
Notes
Zapier requires both the API Token and Form ID for successful setup.
Once published, your Zaps will run automatically for every new form submission.
Multiple Zaps can be connected to the same form (e.g., one for Google Sheets, another for Slack).
