First way: Insert Shortcode to Page

1. Go to the Forms page 

2. Click on the Insert Shortcode button on the form that you would like to insert into your storefront

3. Select the page you want to insert the form on 

4. Choose do you want the form to be at the top or at the bottom of the page

You can check your form by going to the storefront and the page where you inserted the form previously.

Second way: Using embedded code

1. Go to the Forms page

2. Copy the Form ID of the form you want to show on the store from either

   1. Form ID column by clicking on the link

   2. By clicking on the Grab your embed code button in the Copy column. From there, you can choose and copy the Form ID for OS 2.0 themes (same as doing it like in step a) or the Shortcode for older themes

3. Go to the Storefront -> Customize theme

4. Go to the page where you want to add the form 

5. Add a section in which you want to add the form -> Choose Form Builder App

6. Paste the ID you previously copied into the field predicted for it

7. Save
