Our purpose behind creating our Form Builder application is to only help the Shopify merchants to create a form for collecting the information from their customers.  

We never recommend you to get any sensitive/private information such as account credentials 'or' credit card/payment information submitted via our Form Builder Application. Any information submitted in the HulkApps Form Builder application's form response, is strictly at your own risk. HulkApps will not be liable for any losses and/or damages in connection with the use of our application. 

All the information stored on the application database via form submission is secure followed by the all the security compliance. We never share or access any submitted response stored in our Form Builder application server.

Please be also aware that when you remove our application, all the data stored on our application database will be removed after 48 hours app deletion as per the policy. All the submitted responses will be emailed to the store owner on their respective email address and the link to download the exported data will be valid for 7 days from the day export link is generated.
