We are pleased to inform you that we have updated Captcha v2 and added Captcha v3 . Besides, there is Honeypot spam protection in our Contact Us app!

Captcha v2 with images and Captcha v3 are both effective ways to prevent spam and protect your website from suspicious activity. The use of adaptive analysis in Captcha v3 makes it more advanced and sophisticated compared to traditional Captcha v2.


In addition, the Honeypot feature can be a great way to prevent spam and detect suspicious activity without causing any inconvenience to regular users. The invisible field is an excellent way to distinguish between bots and genuine users who might inadvertently enter data in the field.


Overall, these updates will significantly enhance the security and reliability of your Contact Us page. How do you set it up?


Follow these few simple steps and you will set it up in no time!


  • Open the app dashboard
  • Go to the Settings tab 
  • Click on the Customize settings accordion
  • Select Fields 
  • Check the menu at the right side, at the bottom as shown below (or left side at the bottom, in case of a smaller screen). 
  • Select the Captcha version of your preference, and you are all set!

  • Open the app dashboard
  • Go to the Settings tab 
  • Go to Advanced settings, as shown below
  • Select the Advanced tab 
  • Enter Google analytics tracking ID and Google analytics 4 Measurement ID and you are all set!

Hello there!


We are happy to let you know that from now on, you will be able to export your responses according to the time period you define.

Just go to the submissions page and select the time period you want, click "Export" and that's it!

Hi there! There is another improvement you can make use of, while using our Contact us qpp!

  • In the admin email section/ email settings, the text editor has now the font size feature. Therefore, merchants can now customize the font size as well while editing the email content to be sent to customers.

New feature: You can now disable the autoresponder! 💥

We are happy to let you know that now you can disable the autoresponder, so you customers

will not receive an empty email in case you do not want them to receive it.


You can access it by entering email settings, and the first section you will see is the autoresponder checkbox.
