Step-By-Step Guide to Integrate Hulk Advanced Wishlist with Shopify Flow

This guide will walk you through the process of integrating Hulk Advanced Wishlist with Shopify Flow. Get a detailed overview here.

Firstly, you need to have the Hulk Advanced Wishlist app installed on your Shopify store. If you haven't done so already, you can install it from the Shopify App Store. Make sure that you're on the Ultimate plan to get access to the Shopify Flow integration feature.

Install Shopify Flow

After installing Hulk Advanced Wishlist, ensure you have Shopify Flow installed on your store as well. If not, you can install it from the Shopify App Store.

Note: Shopify Flow is available only to the stores that subscribe to the Shopify Plus, Advanced, or Shopify plans stores that use the Shopify Fulfillment Network (SFN)

Create a Workflow

After installation, open the Shopify Flow app and click on the 'Create Workflow' button. This will direct you to a new workflow page.

Define Your Trigger

Click on the '+' button in the 'Trigger' section. A drop-down list will appear, from which you should select the 'Hulk Advanced Wishlist' option.

Once you've selected Hulk Advanced Wishlist, another dropdown will appear. This contains a list of all the possible triggers provided by Hulk Advanced Wishlist:

  1. Product added to wishlist
  2. Product removed from wishlist
  3. Product added to cart page from wishlist
  4. Saved for Later from cart page to wishlist page
  5. Wishlisted product price dropped
  6. Wishlisted product is back in stock
  7. Wishlisted product is low in stock

Select the trigger you want to work with. As an example, we are going to select the Add Products to Wishlist Trigger.

Define Your Conditions

Once you've chosen your trigger, it's time to set the conditions for your workflow. Click on the '+' button under the 'Conditions' section. Here, you can specify the conditions under which the action should be executed.

The condition options vary depending on the trigger chosen. For instance, if you chose 'Wishlisted item price drop' as the trigger, you might set a condition that the price drop should be more than 20%.

The list of attributes available via the Hulk Advanced Wishlist Connector that you can use in your Condition are the following:

  1. User’s email address
  2. Product ID and Product Title
  3. Variant ID and Variant Title
  4. Variant SKU
  5. Product Price
  6. Product Quantity
  7. Product Vendor
  8. Product Type
  9. Product URL, Image URL and Variant Image URL

As an example, we are going to select the Image URL Condition.

To get the Image URL of your product, you will first have to your Products page on Shopify. Select the product you want to use and open the specific product page.

Next, add .json at the end of the page URL and press Enter. Here, scroll down to "images" and check if the the "product_id" matches the ID of your product as shown below and copy the image "src" (under the " ").

After you have done that, you can go back to your Shopify Flow app and paste the URL into the Image URL field.

Define Your Actions

Once the trigger and conditions are set, it's time to define the action to be executed. Under the 'Actions' section, click the '+' button. From the drop-down list, choose the action you'd like to execute when the defined conditions are met.

You can set multiple actions for a single trigger. For example, you could send an email to the customer, add a tag to the customer profile, and update the inventory count, all based on a single trigger.

Save and Enable Workflow

After setting up the trigger, conditions, and actions, name your workflow and click 'Save.' Make sure to enable the workflow, so it begins to operate in real-time on your Shopify store.

By following these steps, you can integrate Hulk Advanced Wishlist with Shopify Flow to automate your workflow and enhance your customers' shopping experience. Remember, if you run into any issues or need further clarification, the Hulk Advanced Wishlist support team is available to assist you.
